Spices

All chilies are carefully and slowly dried in a mushroom dryer. It is important to dry properly to prevent mold and rot. This ensures safe storage, but also an intense flavor profile.

Himalayan Yellow Reaper Salt

Smoked Chili Salt

(flakes)

Very intense and smoky flavor. There are five different chili varieties that have been hot smoked on cherry wood for 6 hours. The chili fruits have then been dried further for about 8 hours. The dried chilies are then lightly mortared with Himalayan salt. The result is exciting to say the least!
