Smoked Chili Salt

Very intense and smoky flavor. There are five different chili varieties that have been hot smoked on cherry wood for 6 hours. The chili fruits have then been dried further for about 8 hours. The dried chilies are then lightly mortared with Himalayan salt. The result is exciting to say the least!
